Okay so could go with my dog demon saga thing.
If it doesn't go with that then this is Inuyasha as a dog demon puppy and that is sesshy that you can see the leg of.
You might be asking why didn't I put the puppy as Sesshomaru and the big guy as InuTaisho(Touga), the answer to that question is I have no idea.

I personally don't think it goes along with it because Inu was the size of a puppy not an actual puppy in the saga. I mean yes he was young but he is younger in this than in the saga.

buuuuuuuuut the markings on the pup look more like Sesshomaru's if they were a more red color.
The markings on one's face in Humanoid form is supposed to translate over to Dog form.
Where Sesshomaru in human form has two long straight reddish markings on his cheeks under his eyes, therefore in dog form he has a red greater than symbolized marking on each cheek like the pup in your picture.
Toga, Inu-no-Taisho on the other hand has a singular jagged blue marking on each cheek in human form, in dog form it translates to a jagged crescent moon shape on the corners of his mouth.
In his demonish human form, one jagged blueish purple strip appears on each of Inuyasha's face, much like his father's....so if he were to have a Demon Dog form....I'm pretty sure Inuyasha would have the same marking placement as Inu-no-Taisho, just more purpley then bluey lol
